AI systems for small business

It learns how your business works. Then it does the work.

Not another tool for you to learn. A system that learns you — your pricing, your policies, the way you actually do things — and knows more every month. Nothing to hire, nothing new to manage.

No sales team. The call is with me.

The honest version

You have explained your pricing four hundred times.

To every new hire. To the temp who covered in August. To the office manager who has been there nine years and still double-checks. The knowledge that actually runs your business lives in your head, and it walks out of the building every night at six.

Software has not helped, because software makes you start over. New tool, new setup, another thing nobody logs into. And then you explain everything again.

What it knows

Tell it once. It does not forget.

Everything your business knows, wired together — your rate card, your warranty terms, the job you did at the Hendricks place in 2019. It starts with what you already have written down, and gets denser every month you use it.

A cluster of 19 things the system knows about the business, joined by what it knows about how they relate. Your business Money Customers Jobs Crew Rate card Payment terms Deposit policy Past invoices Regular customers Service history Site access notes Warranty terms Standard scopes Parts and suppliers Callback reasons Who is on call Certifications Van stock
Category Something it knows

Each dot is something the system knows. Lines are what it knows about how they connect — which customer had which job, which job used which part, what you charged and why.

This is the system I built for a plumbing company in Berwyn — used with their permission, with their customer names and numbers changed. Pick a question.

Plainly

What you get, and what you do not.

What you get

All of it yours outright, from day one.

  • A website that actually works for youNot a brochure. It answers questions, books work, and knows what your business knows.
  • Agents that do the repeating workQuotes, invoices, follow-up, phone and inbox, scheduling. The boring half of the week.
  • A system that keeps learningEvery job it handles and every correction you make becomes something it knows permanently.
  • MeThe person who built it is the person who picks up. There is no support tier.
  • EverythingYour data, your accounts, your logins. No proprietary layer that stops working if we part ways.

What you do not get

These are real businesses and good ones. They are not mine.

  • MarketingI will not write your campaigns, run your socials, or build you a funnel.
  • Sales helpI am not going to coach your closing or rebuild your pipeline.
  • SEO and adsThe site will be technically sound and fast. Beyond that, hire someone who does this properly.
  • A retainer that becomes an agencyThe monthly covers keeping your systems running and learning. It does not quietly grow into scope creep.

How it works

It starts small and compounds.

01
The first week

I learn what you already know.

Most of it is written down somewhere already — your price list, a year of invoices, the email you send after every job. I start from those, not from a questionnaire. You do not prepare anything.

02
The first month

Two or three systems go live.

The ones that fail safely go first, running alongside how you work now. Nothing gets retired until you have watched the new way handle a real week and you are satisfied.

03
Months two to six

It gets denser.

This is the part that makes it different from software. Every job it handles, every correction you make, every exception you explain once becomes permanent. By month six it answers things you never sat down and taught it.

04
From then on

It is yours, and it keeps going.

Staff training is recorded, with a one-page sheet per system. The monthly keeps it monitored and learning. Stop any time and everything it knows stays with you, in formats you can read without me.

Eric Clymer

Who I am

Eric Clymer

I spent eleven years building internal systems for companies large enough to have a department for it. Now I build the same thing for businesses that do not.

You are not going to be handed to an account manager, because there is not one. The person on the call is the person who does the build and the person who picks up when something breaks at 4pm on a Friday.

I take on four clients at a time. That is the whole business.

Questions people actually ask

The ones that matter.

Is this going to replace my staff?

No — and I would tell you if it were. What it replaces is the part of their day they already hate: retyping the same quote, chasing the same invoice, digging for a price they have looked up forty times. In every business I have done this for, the staff ended up doing more of the work they were actually hired for.

What happens when it breaks and I have no idea how to fix it?

You text me. Monitoring is included in the monthly, so usually I already know and it is already fixed. Nothing I build is allowed to be a single point of failure — every system has a manual fallback your staff already know, because it is how you work today.

Do I have to learn anything?

Your staff learn where the new buttons are. Two sessions, recorded, plus a one-page sheet each. You personally learn nothing unless you want to. That is rather the point.

What does "it learns" actually mean? Is it watching us?

It means the system keeps a written record of how your business works, and that record grows as it handles jobs and as you correct it. You can open it and read it in plain English. Nothing is hidden, nothing is inferred about your staff, and no cameras or keystroke monitoring are involved anywhere.

If we stop working together, what happens to everything it has learned?

It stays with you, in plain files you can open without me — the knowledge, the settings, the history. That is a term in the agreement, not a promise. I would rather you could leave easily and choose not to.

Is my data going anywhere I should worry about?

We agree that before I build anything. Some clients want everything kept in-house, some are fine with commercial providers. Both work, the tradeoffs are real, and I walk you through them in plain terms in week one. Client records are never used to train anything.

What if it does not work for my business?

You will know early, because you will have watched it run on your own data before it touches anything live. If it is not right at that point, you pay for the time spent and we stop. That has happened. It is a better outcome than the alternative.

Twenty minutes, and you will know if this is worth doing.

No deck, no discovery process. You tell me what eats your week and I will tell you whether I can fix it — including when the answer is no.
